You can assign to any Publication several Key Words - valuable TERMS explaining content of this Publication (theoretically 3-7 Key Words are enough). BPG Smart Publisher // Pro produces Key Words index - which is mentioned in "Site Resources" menu. Viewing Key Words Index list visitor of your site easily and fast can find information. Key Words Index list is searchable - you can search key words by first several letters.

Links Key Words are kind of Key Words. If you enclose Key Words in "{" and "}" - such Key Words would be automatically marked as links inside all Publications (even they have not specially marked by this Key Word) - clicking them you would see list of all publications marked by this Key Word.

Leading Key Words method is one of the most specific feature of BPG Smart Publisher // Pro. If you have any Group of Publications and one of them is leading Publication - usage of Leading Key Words gives you unique possibility to represent this group. To use Leading Key Words - you are to assign some Key Word to the Group of Publications and assign to Leading Publication same Key Words enclosed in "¤" and "¤" marks - for example: assign to the group of publications Key Word TERM "Indexing" and assign to the leading Publication Leading Key Word "¤Indexing¤".

Category Key Words are subject/object TERMS and are working very like as Category / Subcategory pares. But not like the Categories and Sub Categories you can assign to any Publication one or several Category Key Words. There is Category Key Words index menu, which can be shown on the page like main Categories / Sub Categories Navigation menu.
